Fully integrated

The Innovation Leadership program consists of three modules. In between the modules, the teams work on their projects as well. In each module, we focus on one of the three phases of the Innovation Process and introduce the relevant Leadership Skills for that phase.

The focus of the first module is Project Selection and Concept Development (Fuzzy Front End Phase). The second module focuses on creating the Business Case and involving Stakeholders (Development Phase). The third module further details their Project and Business Plans, which are presented to the organization (Introduction Phase). In this last module, the lessons the participants have learned are made explicit as well.
